Last March I participated in the most northern 10 miles running event in. the Netherlands. In June I did the most southern race, Maastricht Mooiste. The conditions were severe. Coming from flatland we had to cross the St. Pietersberg (St. Pieters mountain / yes we do have landscape element in the Netherland we call mountains). Officially it has a height of 112 m. We came very near the top as you can see in the profile below. Also, it was 28 degree Celsius.
